COTTINGHAM CONSERVATION AREA - Crown reduce 1 no. Sycamore tree (T1) by removing 1 no. stem closest to the wall and prune remaining overhang to provide 2 metres clearance from the roof; Side reduce 1 no. Ash tree (T2) by up to 2 metres over boundary fence

BESSINGBY CONSERVATION AREA - Crown lift 1 no. Sycamore (T1) - over driveway and street to 6m to give adequate traffic clearance, crown reduce upper limbs to south west by 2m to give clearance to roof, crown thin by 10%; Fell 1 no. Cherry (T2) due to being a small tree on boundary, outgrown location.

MIDDLETON CONSERVATION AREA - Remove 1 no. Elm tree due to close proximity to the property and is touching the roof and windows; Side reduce 1 no.
