Conifer tree by 1.5-1.8 metres so that the foliage begins slightly higher up and is no longer pushing out the fence panels or sitting on the shed, and shape the overhanging front face of the tree so that it doesn't protrude quite as much and can grow evenly

LUND CONSERVATION AREA - Remove 1 no. Larch tree (T1) and 1 no. Rowan tree (T3) due to T1 being in contact with the shed and T3 being a very poor specimen; Crown reduce 1 no. Oak tree by 3-4.5 metres to allow more light into garden

ETTON CONSERVATION AREA - Remove 1 no. Conifer tree and 1 no. Damson tree as they overhang shed and overhead telephone lines

EAST COTTINGWITH CONSERVATION AREA - Remove 1 no. Conifer hedge (T1) due to the hedge being overgrown and is blocking the driveway; Remove 2 no. Sycamore tree (T5) due to the trees growing into BT line and pushing against shed; Remove 1 no. Sycamore tree (T6) due to the tree growing into BT line and blocking neighbour's light; Remove 1 no. Holly tree (T7) and 1 no. Damson tree (T10) due to the trees blocking neighbour's light and is pushing against their property; Remove 1 no. Apple tree (T8) due to the tree being old and not producing good fruit; Crown reduce 1 no. Holly tree (T9) by 1 metre due to the tree being overgrown; Remove 1 no. Elder tree/bush (T11) due to the tree growing into shed and blocking light for neighbours; Crown reduce 1 no. Cherry tree (T12) by 1 metre due to the tree pushing against neighbour's garage roof and blocking light

NAFFERTON CONSERVATION AREA - Remove 1 no. Holly tree (H) and 1 no. Conifer tree (C) due to trees attracting complaints from neighbours as they block sunlight into their gardens with the roots from the conifer coming up from the ground and destroying the patio and could cause major damage to the foundations of the house and concerns for adjacent properties as they have outbuildings/conservatories/sheds which are much closer to the conifer; Remove 2 no. trees as they have grown in the shade of the larger trees and are bare, under-developed and are an eye-sore
