Change of use of agricultural barn to single dwelling, including construction of double garage and upgrading of existing vehicular access.

Prior Notification - Livestock winter quarters, rainwater harvesting equipment pad and small plant building to support water and electrical infrastructure. Livestock bulding: Agricultural building. BS 5502-Class 2. 30x12m proposed mono-pitch with a total height of 7.8m and eaves height of 5.2m. Pre-cast concrete panels at base of building to 1.8m high, with open Yorkshire boarding to eaves. Southern aspect of building open for 4/5 6m bays with eastern most bay enclosed with cladding as above. Building will be constructed to standards able to accept solar panel array on roof. Hardstanding: Included proposal for recycled aggregate hardstanding between unclassified road Butchers Lane and building to facilitate access in winter months, shown on plans alongside building, constructed of recycled concrete sub-base and recycled asphalt top, concrete apron to unclassified road to be included in access works. Rainwater harvesting equipment pad: Additional small concrete pad to west of building will house rainwater harvesting tanks, of black plastic construction 3.5mx3.5m cylinders shown on detail plan.
