Demolition of existing rear conservatory, two storey rear and side extension, internal refurbishment and alterations - external landscaping to rear garden

Redevelopment of garage premises to 3no residential units and 1no commercial unit. This application is submitted for a revised proposal to that of DC/20/0118/FUL which has commenced, and the alterations are limited to; 1. Amending the extend and areas of re-building due to the condition and construction of the existing building, which was not visible until commencement of the project. 2. Increasing the garden area provided to the development as an additional area of land was located behind an existing retaining wall adjacent 10 Old Market. 3. The creation of a parking space to support the development for unloading and loading to the commercial unit in the position of the previous garage, due to the complexity of accessing the building which has partially come to light during the construction process. 4. Additional details on the previously unseen and hidden ground levels, including retaining walls as appropriate. 5. Phasing of the project to ensure funds can be directed to demolition of the unsound areas, removal of underground fuel tanks, ground remediation and reconstruction of the front section of the development facing Old Market.

Non Material Amendment of DC/21/0677/FUL - Alterations, demolition of existing modern extension, and erection of new side extension to existing dwelling - The roof to the extension to be black corrugated sheet metal, instead of the approved timber cladding

Discharge of conditions 8, 10 & 11 of DC/20/4411/FUL - Demolition of existing dwelling. Erection of new 3-bedroom replacement single-storey dwelling with detached double cartlodge, new boundary fencing and alterations to existing driveway. (Update to previous approval DC/17/5386/FUL) - Landscape works, vehicular access onto the highway and storage for bins.

Non-material Amendment of DC/22/0854/VOC - (Variation of Condition No. 2 of DC/20/4106/FUL (Demolition of stable building and removal of boundary hedge. Erection of three new detached dwellings with new shared vehicular access from Mill Road) - Variations to include alteration to fenestration, increased ridge heights, alteration to internal floor layouts, external alterations to surface finishes for courtyards, driveway and private parking areas.) - Minor amendment to first floor plans and elevations of plot 1 of planning permission reference DC/22/0854/VOC.

Discharge of Condition Nos. 3 and 4 of DC/23/1492/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Extension and alterations to Manor House, Middleton to include: - Demolition of existing front entrance and kitchen extension. Alterations to existing water well and construction of a new entrance hall and kitchen extension. Demolition of existing conservatory and construction of new garden porch extension. Refurbishment of existing utility room roof finish.

Variation of Condition No. 2 of DC/23/0831/FUL Demolition of existing 60s extension and replacement with new extension and demolition of part garage 1M and extension of garage 1M together with general rehabilitation - Alteration to design - fully glaze link between extension and house enlarge garage.

Listed Building Consent - Demolition of rear single storey extension. Erection of two storey rear extension. Conversion of building to independent dwellinghouse comprising internal and external alterations. Installation of sewage treatment plant and other associated landscaping.
