Non Material Amendment of DC/23/0644/FUL - Single storey side extension to form boot room and garage with storm porch to front elevation. Rear two storey and single storey extensions to form increased ground floor living area with bedroom over. Alterations to window openings and installation of solar panels to part of roof - North elevation has had the porch removed and the walkway between the garage and dwelling will be open with some wrought iron railings. South elevation has had the rear single storey extension removed with associated window alterations, as well as an extra window inserted in the gable at 2 storey level. There is also a wood burner chimney visible and alterations to the garage windows. West elevation (and East of the garage) additional windows and West of the 2-storey part slight alteration in window position and East elevation alterations to the window to sliding doors with internal balustrading

Discharge of Condition No 3 of DC/23/0426/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Alterations including demolition of existing conservatory and rebuilding on same footprint, remove modern window and reinstate door, re-open blocked doorway and insert new window and repair the front porch - We confirm that the existing collars and purlins can be re-used in revised raised position in roof structure - see attached roof design/calculations, details of construction materials proposed for ground floor doorway blocking - see drawing PW1298_BR05reva, details of Bi-fold doors - see Jeld Wen Brochure ('Canberra' style painted Accoya hardwood), and drawing PW1298_BR05reva, Rooflight specification and exact dimensions - see Velux brochure and drawing PW1298_BR05reva

Alterations to the front entrance porch, removal of a first floor balcony. Alterations to the main roof, construction of a new enclosing flank wall and insertion of a feature glazed front to the porch area. Amendments to the front (South) elevation fenestration, removal of the chimney.

Listed Building Consent - Alterations include; replacing some windows, an improved connection between the Kitchen and the Formal Dining room, reconfiguration of some of the First and Second Floor bathroom/ bedrooms and re-arranging the flat roof 1950's extension.

Listed Building Consent - i) Extensions and alterations to outbuilding, comprising a single storey side extension, two new ground floor windows in the east and west ground floor elevations, three new rooflights in the western roof elevation, replacement windows and doors, ii) replacement of eight rear windows to house and replacement of two front windows to house, and iii) erection of a fence and gate along the road frontage.

Non Material Amendment of DC/22/1533/FUL - Internal alterations and rear extension to form additional bedroom and open plan kitchen/dining area - Change the roofing material from black corrugated metal sheet roofing to grey natural timber cladding as per the attached drawings
