Non Material Amendment of DC/22/1488/FUL - Demolish an existing modern upvc conservatory and lean-to porch and construct a single storey extension with landscaping including an outdoor swimming pool and outbuilding (follows approval of DC/21/1933/FUL) - Relocation of proposed extension approx 400mm further away from boundary with neighbour, and minor associated alterations including omission of plateau rooflight.

Discharge of condition Nos. (I), (II), (III), (IV) & (V) of DC/17/4307/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Construction of a two storey extension at rear and conservatory - (I) Full specification of materials of external materials, including hard surface within the curtilage. Photo of brick type Imperial handmade Farmhouse orange and country blend see attached the best match and probably one the most expensive bricks as they are handmade . Driveway areas a traditional block paving (would use Staffordshire blues as edging) see photo. Paving slate effect with Staffordshire blues as edging see photo (ii) Restored balconies. I Have attached drawings supplied previously from a staircase company showing staircase as is, and new balcony created where the new opening to the chapel first floor. obviously, this will be the same for opposite wall when removing the existing stairs. Hardwood handrail French polished with cast iron balusters in black (iii) Restored Arch Windows. The arch windows drawing has been sent. These will match the steel casement windows with leaded glass. (IV) New opening to the chapel to the first-floor flank. see John Bennett's drawing of the trammeled elliptical arch. (v) Boundary walls and gates. I have attached photo of the handmade brick Flemish bond to match existing brick of the old chapel. Lime mortar mix for the pointing. The boundary wall will be BOE. Variation of Condition No 2 of DC/20/5152/FUL - Demolition of existing conservatory, building a single storey extension to rear of Bungalow, conversion of garage into Annexe - The design has been altered; there will now be only one rear wing, the most Northerly one; this is truncated and moved further from the North boundary.

South elevation: Demolish existing conservatory and erect a single storey extension. East elevation: Pitched roof replaces flat roof on garage. Garage becomes a utility room plus other internal alterations. Reposition gate on Eastern boundary wall.

Increase in boundary fence height to 2.3m to restore privacy following construction of conservatory on raised ground by neighbour

Non Material Amendment of DC/20/0129/FUL - Replacement rear extension, replacement garage and workshop, remove conservatory and proposed alteration to elevations and front boundary - 1 - Change metal fencing on front boundary to feather edge fencing and laurel hedging. 2 - Change front door design to new style as shown on drawing. 3 - Replace existing render with better suited render. 4 - Change driveway surface.

Replacement of existing rear UPVC conservatory and brick lean-to single story ancillary building and outbuilding with Single storey rear extension and associated landscaping. Removal of small trees and shrubs to rear garden area. Demolition and re build of front boundary wall. Insertion of new traditional brick faced dormer to north east (rear) facing roof slope.
