The proposal seeks multiple single storey extensions to increase the size of the bungalow property from two bedrooms to four. The proposed works and extension include: - The addition of a bedroom on the front elevation with pitched gable roof to match the existing front bedroom and gable - A side extension running the length of the existing building with an extension of the existing main roof and gable - A rear extension the entire width of the proposed property with a flat vinyl roof to replace the existing conservatory - New driveway to the front of the property with space for 4 cars with new drop kerb access from Chandos Drive
