Cabin dimensions are 4.5m x 5.5m x 2.45m high, the location will be more than 2m from any boundary. the use is as a garden room / home office and will not be used as a bedroom or self contained living accommodation. The cabin is a manufactured construction from Dunster House with double doors and two windows on the front which will face 79 Farriers and not overlook neighbouring properties.
