Non Material Amendment of DC/20/5259/FUL - Construction of two standalone self-catering Gate House buildings alongside ancillary accesses, parking, landscaping and other associated works - Ground Floor: WC/Utility Room changed and slightly enlarged to create a Plant Room, which will be accessed externally. New shower room added with access from the dining room. The addition of this facility gives additional flexibility to the ground floor, so that part of the dining area can be changed into additional bedroom without the need to disturb any arrangements at first floor, therefore providing an easy access on the ground floor. Entrance hall has been reconfigured, so it includes extra storage [under the staircase] a seating area and access to a WC. First floor bathroom layouts have been revised so that they now overcome any potential servicing issues by reducing the builidability.
