Extensions and alterations to provide suitable living accommodation for three generations of one family. There is a proposed single storey ground floor extension at the rear to provide additional living space, with a dining area and a separate living room. There is a proposed extension to the east side of the first floor to raise the ceiling height of the existing 1st floor space so that it can be brought into practical use to provide an en-suite, a dressing/wardrobe area and a study connected at first floor level to one of the bedrooms. These alterations are also to reorganise internally and make fuller use of ground floor space, created by a previous extension, done as we understand it by a previous owner in 2007 under Permitted Development rules.
