Amending the extend and areas of re-building due to the condition and construction of the existing building, which was not visible until commencement of the project. 2. Increasing the garden area provided to the development as an additional area of land was located behind an existing retaining wall adjacent 10 Old Market. 3. The creation of a parking space to support the development for unloading and loading to the commercial unit in the position of the previous garage, due to the complexity of accessing the building which has partially come to light during the construction process. 4. Additional details on the previously unseen and hidden ground levels, including retaining walls as appropriate. 5.
