Replacement of fencing along the boundary between 2 Laurel Cottages and 3 Laurel Cottages (along the northen boundary of 3 Laurel Cottages). The fencing is split in to 2 portions. The first portion (light blue on plan) is to replace the existing close-board fence with one exceeding the 2m permitted development limit by 0.25m (the addition of a 30cm high trellis section to a 1.95m high fence). The second portion (dark blue on plan) is to replace the existing post and rail fence with a 1.95m high close-board fence. These works are proposed to reinstate the mutual privacy following construction of an extension at 2 Laurel Cottages (ref DC/20/4704/FUL).
