Discharge of Condition No 4 of DC/20/1342/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Works include demolition of single storey extension to rear of listed building and erection of replacement single storey extension with roof terrace above. Conversion of first floor and attic of listed building to single flat/maisonette. Enlargement of 2 No. dormers and insertion of 2 No. proposed rooflights to rear of listed building.
