Demolition of existing cart lodge and workshop and erection of new cart lodge, wood store and potting shed, including construction of wall

Erection of shed (2.24 x 1.58m) in church grounds to store gardening equipment. See plan for location. Shed is of high security (police approved) construction and green in colour.

1. Erection of boundary fencing, post and two bar rails [as already insitu to the front aspect of property with the reinstatement of the pedestrian traditional wooden entrance and of five bar gate within existing fencing. 2. Formation of gravel parking area with post and bar rail fencing. 3. Construction of traditional barn style shed.
