Non Material Amendment of DC/16/1186/FUL - Change to the description of development to state: "Use of land for leisure/tourism including conversion of existing building to a one-bed holiday cabin; siting of 13 erection of bin and cycle store; refurbishment of existing wooden shed for storage and use of one of the cabins as a site office and seasonal accommodation for a warden"

Discharge of Condition Nos. 3 and 6 of DC/18/0725/FUL - Demolition of existing office, student accommodation and classroom and erection of 5 bedroom replacement student accommodation and associated managers dwelling - details of the roof, wall materials and finishes to be used and details of the filtered package sewage treatment plant, (or suitable alternative means of foul water disposal)

Variation of Condition No. 3 of C/07/0853 Alterations and additions to create first floor office and storage accommodation. Erection of laboratory (existing garage to be demolished). Condition 3 to be varied to allow a temporary extension to weekday working hours (from 8.00am-6.00pm (current) to 8.00am-8pm (proposed)) for a period of one calender year in response to restrictive working conditions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
