Non Material Amendment of DC/23/2161/FUL - Extensions to an existing bungalow including a cart lodge - Reduce the width of bedroom 4 to retain the garage and the addition of a pedestrian door in the rear of the cart lodge.

Prior Notification (Householder) - The extension will be flat roof. The existing conservatory will be removed which is 3 x 3m. The new extension will be 6m depth 2.4 high. I have attached drawings and photos. All new building will be the same materials as bungalow.
