Non Material Amendment of DC/20/0129/FUL - Replacement rear extension, replacement garage and workshop, remove conservatory and proposed alteration to elevations and front boundary - 1 - Change metal fencing on front boundary to feather edge fencing and laurel hedging. 2 - Change front door design to new style as shown on drawing. 3 - Replace existing render with better suited render. 4 - Change driveway surface.

Front: Remove existing white timber fencing & replace with featured continuous wall with combined vehicular/pedestrian access on the right hand side. Existing gravel area to be extended for off-street parking. Rear: Demolish existing conservatory and replace with single storey extension with pitched, tiled roof and bi-fold doors to South and East elevations.
