Landscape, environmental conditions and highways - details of materials, finishes, method of opening, glazing and colour of all new or replacement windows, roof lights and doors and their surrounds, precise details of a scheme of hard landscape works (which shall include boundary treatment (proposed fencing), driveway construction, parking areas, patios, hard surfaces etc, and other operations as appropriate) at a scale not less than 1:200, lighting design strategy for biodiversity, details of the proposed access, visibility splays, details of the equipment, its location, acoustic housing and any vibration isolation measures, together with the projected noise levels at the boundary of the property, site investigation, detailed remediation method statement, RMS approved under condition 20 must be completed in its entirety, validation report, contamination details and Noise Management Plan

Discharge of Condition No. 4 of DC/21/3074/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Change of use from Commercial Offices to retail and residential with new timber framed single storey extension to replace existing rear extension - 1. Details of all external materials including timber cladding, roof finishes, render (including colour); 2. Typical horizontal and vertical sections through shopfront, doors and windows (including large scale joinery details for frames, cills, opening lights, glazing bars) along with method of opening, position within wall opening, colour, finish and ironmongery. 3. Details of rooflights and sliding doors; 4. Full schedule of repairs; 5. Details of rainwater pipes, gutters, SVPs, external flues, vents and grilles (including location, colour and finish); 6.
