Landscape works to back garden. New brick retaining walls, steps, paving (Patio) 1m high timber side fences, a new shed 6' x 4', a brick paved seating area, planting and turf.

1. Erection of boundary fencing, post and two bar rails [as already insitu to the front aspect of property with the reinstatement of the pedestrian traditional wooden entrance and of five bar gate within existing fencing. 2. Formation of gravel parking area with post and bar rail fencing. 3. Construction of traditional barn style shed.

Extend car port and brick up also putting windows in place, turning it into a shed, take down front wall and rebuild to 2 metres including pillars, permission for electric gates for drive way also 2 metres high new fence around the property to the rear 2 metres high
