Prior Notification - Convert original old shop area into a new lounge/recreation room within original building structure ,as per other downstairs rooms already within the property. to remove front and rear access doors, and to brick up rear door as there is already an accessible rear door in the living accommodation, then to partially brick up front access door and to enlarge upper section to fit new opening window in keeping with windows already fitted to the property.
