We consider this to be a minor amendment from the wording in Condition 20 of the decision notice to application ref. DC/19/2370/VOC. The correspondence referred to above together with a datasheet for the lawn mixture have been submitted with this application. - 2.) Hoop top fencing to be omitted from the perimeter of the public open space. As removal of the fence could be considered permitted development, we consider this to be a minor amendment.
