This application seeks a Lawful Development Certificate enabling the old access to be used to enable two cars to be parked off road within the rear garden of the property. Photographic evidence and statements from a previous owner of The Old Post Office, neighbours and Parish Councillors accompany this application by way of verification that the vehicular access from Church Hill has been in existence from at least 1972, but possibly even longer. The picket gates that were erected by the immediate previous owners of the property were still in place across the access when the applicant purchased the property in 2019 and were simply removed at that time.
