Refurbishment and remodelling of a 3-bedroom single storey residence and the construction of a single storey addition. Overcladding of the existing cavity walls with 'board on board' stained timber cladding and replacement of the existing concrete roof tiles with a standing seam metal roof finish. The external finishes of the proposed addition are to be the same.
