We are looking to improve the existing playground which currently caters for Under 7s only and is over 17 years old. We are looking to install either a Nest Swing or a Pendulum Swing, a small pyramid climbing net or a multiplay, plus a 4 low level spinning items and an inclusive play piece. A sensory garden is also hoped to be built. None of the items will be over 4m and there is a large distance between the play area and nearest residential boundary. We are applying to Viridor for funding of £50,000, with a deadline of 19 July (which we also need to submit planning outcome to) Once we know what funding we have, we will be able to choose the exact items.

Change of use and conversion of an agricultural barn (which has been granted prior approval under Class Q) and surrounding land to a single residential dwelling with garden and associated landscaping and boundary treatments.

Prior Notification - Change of use to single residential unit. Building is site in an infill character between donor dwelling and neighbour boundary. All proposed rooms are capable of achieving natural light through windows.
