Temporary Car park for construction workers of Adjacent residential development. Car park will utilise existing agricultural access. Ground area will be cleared and crush material will be laid to provide surface for vehicles.

Prior Notification - Change of use from an agricultural building into a single residential dwelling (Class C3) under class Q permitted development rights. The existing use is currently as an agricultural barn set adjacent a small group of converted barns (approved under full planning process to residential). There are no adjacent listed buildings, the site is not a conservation or special landscape area and it sits adjacent a quiet lane. The site is outside of any listed building curtilage.
