PRIOR NOTIFICATION - AN APPLICATION FOR PRIOR APPROVAL TO CONVERT AN EXISTING AGRICULTURAL BUILDING TO A SINGLE RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNDER CLASS Q OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

Prior Notification - Change of use from an agricultural building into a single residential dwelling (Class C3) under class Q permitted development rights. The existing use is currently as an agricultural barn set adjacent a small group of converted barns (approved under full planning process to residential). There are no adjacent listed buildings, the site is not a conservation or special landscape area and it sits adjacent a quiet lane. The site is outside of any listed building curtilage. All habitable rooms are provided with adequate natural light and are in accordance with Building Regulation requirements. See accompanying Design Statement and design drawings for details.
