Prior Notification - Conversion of former Farm Building to full residential use (A Dwelling House)

Prior Notification - Change of Use from Offices (Class B1(a)) to Dwellinghouses (Class C3) The proposed works will restore the mid-terraced property, currently used as office space, to its original purpose of a single residential dwelling. This will involve full refurbishment of the interior, including upgrades to the electric and plumbing systems to comply with current regulations and also improve the energy efficiency of the dwelling. Additionally, external walls and roof space will be insulated further ensuring the property's energy efficiency. A fully fitted kitchen and utility room will be installed on the ground floor at the rear of the property. A ground floor WC/shower room will also be created, bringing the number of bathroom facilities in line with modern living. On the first floor, there is currently a small kitchenette and separate WC, these will be converted into a family bathroom. The proposed works will also incorporate full decor and new flooring throughout to create a light and spacious family home. All rooms have external windows allowing plenty of natural light.
