Two-storey side extension, new timber clad shed to side with wooden doors and front porch canopy. The front elevation of the original dwelling to be re-rendered to match the finish of the neighbouring property (Owl's Cottage) and all windows replaced with cream cottage-style UPVC.

Extension 1. The application is for a renewal of an identical application that was approved in 2016. 2. The site currently accommodates a small house and two sheds. It is bounded by residential property on two sides, a paddock to the rear and is on the residential fringe of Westleton. The prevailing scale in the neighbourhood is varied with traditional one and two storey dwellings with one much larger property next door. 3. The existing house is to be extended to provide a single storey garage and an additional bedroom and ground floor bathroom to make the accommodation more modern and flexible. 4. The proposed dwelling will have no openings onto neighbouring properties and is screened by hedges and fences with the principal trees and boundary hedging and fencing being retained. 5. Highway access, bin and oil storage will be unchanged. 6. The exception is to increase the height of the existing perimeter willow fence to up to 3 meters (to graduate up after a minimum of 4 meters from the roadway) along the boundary between the cottage and the new building next door to improve privacy for both buildings following the new build increasing the land elevation in their back garden and increased scale of overlooking windows. 7. External materials are limited to brick and tiling compatible with local styles. 8. No biodiversity issues are presented by the proposals. 9. The site has been checked for contamination in 2017 and 2019 with no issues being found. 10. The site is not within a Conservation Area and the building is not listed.

Alterations and extensions to existing two storey dwelling; replacement of existing windows and doors - put a shed in the garden

Variation of Condition No 2 of DC/19/3414/FUL - Demolish a non-original timber rear extension and replace with a masonry rear extension. Replace existing single glazed sliding sash windows with double glazed heritage style sliding sash windows. Removal of two non-original dormers to the rear and replace with a heritage style rooflight and recessed balcony. Relocate the garden gate towards the end of the garden. Replace the existing garden shed with a new one. Removal of 6 No glass pantile rooflights to the front and replace with 2 No small heritage style rooflights. New circular gable window. Removal of the existing chimney to improve the internal arrangement and replace with a fiberglass imitation chimney to match existing, in a new location.

Demolition of existing shed buildings and 3/4 storey brick building to rear of Post Office, including adjoining structures to rear of Post Office. Repair & adaptation to the ground floor of the Post Office building including a new extension to the west and re-fenestration at ground floor level. Erection of flats and houses comprising 9 dwellings, with associated landscaping works.

Extend car port and brick up also putting windows in place, turning it into a shed, take down front wall and rebuild to 2 metres including pillars, permission for electric gates for drive way also 2 metres high new fence around the property to the rear 2 metres high
