Non Material Amendment of DC/19/3749/VOC - Demolitions of existing workshop and shop and construction of 4 new dwellings and associated access parking and landscaping - 1. Installation of pv (solar) panels to the West (Rear) elevations of the 3 nr terraced houses and 1 nr bungalow. 2. Alteration of window construction to the 3 nr terraced houses from timber to uPVC (this was changed on the bungalow with NMA ref DC/20/3683/AME dated 18.09.2020) subject to the approval of the conservation officer. 3. To set back Unit 1 of Block A by 1.20m from the adjacent footway with Units 2 & 3 being as close to the footway as possible. 4. Change of all hard landscaping from permeable construction to an impermeable system discharging on site into a crated soakaway (subject to percolation tests to be submitted to building control). 5. A request to install the soil and vent stacks externally rather than internally to the 3nr houses and 1 nr bungalow.
