Non Material Amendment of DC/20/1368/FUL - Single storey, single room extension at the back of the house. Extension to be timber frame with bi-folding doors onto rear garden, and is intended to open up the kitchen, and insulate the back of the house. The existing external flint wall is beginning to lose mortar, and original stable door is extremely drafty. The property is currently very dark and would benefit massively from more light and insulated windows and doors - Change of roof design to warm flat roof.

Listed Building Consent -This application relates to the approved LBC application (DC/20/3930/LBC) relating to 'the demolition of rear north extensions. Erection of room in roof north extension. Refurbishment of south extension and main dwelling. Erection of cloister link. Demolition of cartlodge and erection of replacement cartlodge' and to the 'Discharge of Condition No. 3 (DC/21/1715/DRC): (ii) Section and elevation details of the reinstatement of the mullion window. (iii) A section detail of the junction between the existing building and the proposed cloister extension lintel above garage doors (including materials and finish), (iv) A schedule of works for the exposure of the fireplaces. (v) Details of the proposed mix of the external lime render. (Documents related to these are available on the Planning Portal) We wish to make one change to the approved plans, to change the top half of the stable door in the new extension from a solid door to a triple glazed door (ref: ed2 in the attached plans), allowing natural light into the Boot Room, that otherwise has none. It doesn't affect the original cottage and isn't visible from the road. No other changes to the existing consents is being requested

South-West elevation; Demolish the first floor of the projecting element that accommodates a shower room retain the ground floor element, reconfigure to create a porch with new front door and side lights. Render the brick work above the brick plinth. Replace a door with window to match the existing. Three dormers in the roof slope to service the attic rooms. South East Elevation. Reconfigure the existing mono pitch extension constructing a gable roof over a new stable door. North East Elevation. Ground floor, remove existing windows, construct two cat slide roofs and provide two door sets with side lights. Provide a set of roof lights in one cat slide roof. Remove two dormers one at first floor level one at second floor level, three velux roof lights will service the attic rooms. Internal alterations at ground floor, first floor and second floor levels to allow for modern day living. Two bay cartlodge for the garaging of cars replacing the existing outbuilding.
