Window 5 to be not included and old doorway instead to be bricked into match surrounding walls. Door 6 and sidelights to be replaced like for like. Windows 2, 6, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 beyond repair request to replace like for like. Window 1, 6, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17 can be repaired in situ. East Gable End - Cementious render removed revealing damaged bricks/cracks/previous cement repairs - stable but beyond repair to restore brick face - Request to re-renders using Benign Lime Mortar mix or Lime Wash to respect visual coherence of the building.

Discharge of Condition 4 (details of materials, windows, doors and ironmongery) of DC/21/3173/LBC - Alterations to existing 21st century Garden Room addition, the conversion of the Granary/Stables into a boot room and utility, the provision of a study upstairs and its connection to the Garden Room with a glazed link.

Listed Building Consent -This application relates to the approved LBC application (DC/20/3930/LBC) relating to 'the demolition of rear north extensions. Erection of room in roof north extension. Refurbishment of south extension and main dwelling. Erection of cloister link. Demolition of cartlodge and erection of replacement cartlodge' and to the 'Discharge of Condition No. 3 (DC/21/1715/DRC): (ii) Section and elevation details of the reinstatement of the mullion window. (iii) A section detail of the junction between the existing building and the proposed cloister extension lintel above garage doors (including materials and finish), (iv) A schedule of works for the exposure of the fireplaces. (v) Details of the proposed mix of the external lime render. (Documents related to these are available on the Planning Portal) We wish to make one change to the approved plans, to change the top half of the stable door in the new extension from a solid door to a triple glazed door (ref: ed2 in the attached plans), allowing natural light into the Boot Room, that otherwise has none. It doesn't affect the original cottage and isn't visible from the road. No other changes to the existing consents is being requested

Minor material amendment including alteration to some window and door design, removal of louvred shutters, material change of soffit from metal to timber, roof material change to sarnafil, slight dome to roof and removal of sides of garage and slight change to its footprint. Information received required by condition nos. 4, 6, 7 & 9 - 11- hard and soft landscaping details, confirmation that stable building has been demolished, details of wall facing/roof materials and contamination report.
