TPO 170/2003 T4 Sycamore proposed to fell sycamore. Tree causing excessive shading of the garden and surrounding garden; is growing to close to the property and dropping branches onto the roof and into the neighbouring garden; the tree is in poor health and has limbs dying back; it has grown into two main trunks with the split very close to the base and with the extra weight at the top , and is shading an oak tree which would do better with the extra space.

T1 Leylandii - 45ft tall is to be felled to ground level as this tree has out grown its location and is leaning toward the property which is less than 15ft from the base of the tree, the branches are now 6ft from the property on a calm day but in high winds do touch the roof line.
