Discharge of Condition No 4 of DC/20/3929/FUL - Demolition of rear north extensions. Erection of room in roof north extension. Refurbishment of south extension and main dwelling. Prior Notification (Householder) - A First floor Extension over an existing single-storey bungalow. It is proposed to physically separate the property from the adjoining bungalow to form a detached residence. A section of the bungalow will be retained as single-storey to step the roof line down to the scale of the neighbouring properties facing Kingston Farm Road. The materials used on the first floor extension will exactly match the original dwelling. The roof pitches will also match the original dwelling and neighbouring homes along Cherry Tree Road and Kingston Farm Road. No new openings will be made on the elevation facing Kingston Farm Road.

A single storey rear extension accessed from the kitchen 4.90m x 3.30m with a pitched roof of < 25 degrees with skylights [highest point max 3m]. No windows overlooking neighbouring properties.
