Refurbish and join existing buildings and change the use to a light industrial Engineering Office B1(a & c) with small private gym facilities. The refurbishment has been planned in stages: 1. Remove the cold store and modernise the surrounding steel-fabricated building, recycling materials where possible. 2. Update the interior of the brick office to include a new toilet, shower and replace steel-framed windows, removing unsightly security bars. 3. Join the two buildings and add a Mezzanine floor with balcony above the brick office. Installing roof-lights between the building to create an atrium. 4. Add solar panels to the roof of the South facing steel-fabricated building. 5. Convert one of the two existing milk float charging bays to a three-phase (440VAC) charging station for electric vehicles for public use. Pending demand, the second bay will also be converted. 6. Install rainwater catchment tanks
