I am hoping to appeal to holidaymakers who want to have a low carbon foot print on holiday. The cabins will not be connected to any services: drainage, electricity or water and will have minimal lighting, powered by solar panel. The footings will be groundscrews which involve no digging or concreting and can be removed literally without trace. They will have no internal cooking or washing facilities: I will supply a barbecue or camping stove outside the cabin for food preparation as for camping in a tent. They will be used solely for holiday accommodation between the months of April and September. There will be two compost toilets and two shower cubicles connected to an existing mains water supply. Greywater will be discharged to a reed bed for filtration then to a soakaway. Water will be heated by a solar thermal panel installed on the roof of the shower block.
