Change of Use from agricultural land to mixed use leisure and touring comprising refurbishment and modification of the eastern bay of the existing Atcost barn to provide reception and cycle hire/workshop, re-purposing of existing barn as covered events, installation of 2no 20ft converted container units with canopy connection to form cafe/catering and toilets, installation of 3 "Big Hat" tipis to provide outside covered seating, outside dog agility and events area, 10no serviced glamping bases, ancillary road and car parking, 84 spaces caravans and motorhomes storage area, ancillary landscaping, boundary fencing and bunds

i) Extensions and alterations to outbuilding, comprising a single storey side extension, two new ground floor windows in the east and west ground floor elevations, three new rooflights in the western roof elevation, replacement windows and doors, ii) replacement of eight rear windows to house and replacement of two front windows to house, iii) erection of a fence and gate along the road frontage.

Demolition of existing garage and rear conservatory, replacement of existing fence and concrete retaining structure, and erection of new singe storey, flat roofed rear and side extension, and associated works.

Replace existing single glazed front door & frame, replace existing UPVC front windows with new UPVC, remove front wooden/concrete fence adjacent to road footpath and replace with brick wall, replace existing rotten/damaged wooden panels in existing side fence and fit gates to side drive adjacent to front of house brickwork

Various external works to the school site including replacement fencing, access gates and gazebos
