Additional details on the previously unseen and hidden ground levels, including retaining walls as appropriate. 5. Phasing of the project to ensure funds can be directed to demolition of the unsound areas, removal of underground fuel tanks, ground remediation and reconstruction of the front section of the development facing Old Market.
