Restoration of existing shop frontage, demolition of existing rear single storey extension and addition of new two storey extension with additional dwelling.

Demolition of workshop and replacement with 1no detached dwelling, alterations and extension to existing building to retain shop/office and provide 2no one bedroom first floor flats and 1no two bedroom dwelling. Amended scheme to previously approved application DC/18/4989/FUL

Partial Demolition of Existing Building and Erection of Two Storey Extension to provide additional 66 square metres retail space and extended First floor dwelling accommodation for applicant

Demolition of the rear flat roofed buildings which are of no historic interest, and rebuilding (on a smaller footprint) two storey additions that provide access to the first-floor apartments, each having two bedrooms with open living and kitchen spaces. One new off-road parking space will be made available at the rear of the properties and to accommodate this the ground floor retail spaces will be slightly reduced.

Recladding/thermal upgrading of external walls where necessary. Insertion of new window and entrance to rear of listed building. Making good hard landscaping and boundary fence. Conversion of existing outbuilding to utility area, store and customer/staff WC. Creation of new opening in existing wall to allow access from shop to tearoom.
