We went to great length next door to re-instate the bay and we were given permission to replace those windows with upvc sash. We intend to rent out the flat above the shop and understand that upvc windows are more energy efficient and easier to maintain. This also will mean that all the windows in the property will match. The replacement windows will be to the first and second floor, front and back.
