Certificate of Lawful Use (Existing) - A side extension built under permitted development rights. On the east side of the original house, no closer to the road, less than half the width of the original house, less than the depth of the original house, 4m to ridge height, and not connecting to any other extension.

Certificate of Lawful Use (Proposed) - This permitted development application seeks to add a 33m2 proposed garden room separate from the main house so that work and the home can be seen as separate entities to allow the home to be free from and be a retreat from working at home.
