1. Decommission existing pumping station and relocation of rock armour. 2. Construction of new 1km embankment across the Lothingland Valley (Lothingland Alignment) 3. A new pumping station constructed at the new embankment to manage fluvial flooding including a new inlet and outfall structure, control building, weed rake. Works to also include new compound area, security fencing, eel passage, access path and steps. 4. Construction of new c964m Parkdean Kessingland embankment with a new small pumping station to manage surface water flooding. We would like to install a new 1m high fence. The installation would also include a new gate. The enclosure will be adjacent to the road but it is a continuation of the existing brick wall on our boundary. A space would still be left for parking at the side of the house. Our rear garden sides on to Halls Drift and the fence would offer us extra privacy and make the area look neater.
