Certificate of Lawful Use (Proposed) - This permitted development application seeks to add a 33m2 proposed garden room separate from the main house so that work and the home can be seen as separate entities to allow the home to be free from and be a retreat from working at home. The garden room intends to be literally within the heart of the garden surrounded by the existing long grasses and set within the landscape to promote wellness when working. It is intended that the new roof is to drain directly onto the existing surrounding landscape.

Certificate of Lawful Use (Proposed) - My client plans to construct single story extension with a glass roof, I would like confirmation that this falls under permitted development. I have checked the criteria against the technical document and dimensionally it seems to comply with being permitted development.
