Listed Building Consent - The existing sheet metal barn roof is leaking and it is proposed that it is replaced with a thatched roof to replicate what would have been on there originally. The work would include repairs to roofing timbers as necessary to provide a reliable structural support to the thatch. The benefits of this would be: Prevent further degradation of the timbers.
