Listed Building Consent - The proposed development replaces the existing poor quality lean-to kitchen extension. The proposed replacement utilises the existing foundations and plinth brickwork. The existing rendered masonry walls will be removed and replaced with a larch clad studwork. Finally the existing poor quality glazed roof will be removed and replaced with a new Lonsdale glazed roof system. The proposed renovations are of the exact same scale as the existing kitchen extension

Listed Building Consent - The proposed development comprises of internal alternations to the East Wing Ground Floor of Seckford Hall to provide five bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. All changes are internal, no external alterations to the building are being proposed. Any remaining original features will be retained and refurbished and some of the previous hall layout will be reinstated. Few original features remain as a result of many alterations over the years but our proposal will create rooms that speak of the building's wonderful historic character.

Listed Building Consent - The proposed development is a walk-in shower room off an existing ground floor WC. The room will be constructed inside the existing building footprint and under an existing roof. The area to be used is at present a coal/bin store, and the proposed shower room will be built where formerly there was a coal bunker.
