Listed Building Consent - This proposal is for the demolition of the rear flat roofed buildings which are of no historic interest, and rebuilding (on a smaller footprint) two storey additions that provide access to the first-floor apartments, each having two bedrooms with open living and kitchen spaces. One new off-road parking space will be made available at the rear of the properties and to accommodate this the ground floor retail spaces will be slightly reduced.
