The trees are located on a plot of land at the rear of 17 Yarmouth Road known as 48 Royal Avenue. G1 3 x self set Sycamore trees - Fell due to over crowding of the area, reduced light and obstructing the proposed development area. T1 Oak - Fell due to low fused union and the potential to cause damage to the neighbouring wall and property. Replanting of more suitable trees for the site have been proposed, these will be of native species such as Rowan, Whitebeam, Hawthorn etc.

T3 Beech - supressed tree, misshapen crown; fell and grind stump to allow better use of garden space with new development. T4 Sycamore - fell and grind stump to allow better use of garden space with new development. T8 Spruce - storm damaged, dominates rear garden; fell and grind stump to allow better use of garden space with new development and reduce shading. G1 Elm - fell and clear to allow better use of garden space with new development. G2 Sycamore, Beech, Holly, Elm - fell and clear to allow better use of garden space with new development.

T1 Holm Oak - Crown raise by up to 4m to accommodate new parking bays T2 Lime - Reduce north aspect of crown by 1m to suitable growth points. The tree has had previous pruning works to accommodate the development leaving crown unbalanced.
