Frontage of car showroom/garage T1 Chanticleer Pear - Tree approximately 8m high, radial spread approximately 2m. Client would like the tree pruned to previous pruning points. This will require a reduction of 3-4m of the crown (which is composed of upright regrowth as a result of previous pruning). See photo. T1 Oak standing on pavement to front of property - 50% crown reduction. Tree has a number of dead branches and unbalanced crown growing away from power lines towards garage. T2 Bay to rear of garage - 50% reduction to make it a more suitable size for space available.

To remove conifer tree behind garage; tree has outgrown position.

T1 Ash - re-pollard down to garage ridge height. T2 2no. Ash near garage, crown lift to remove lower limbs on garage. T3 Cherry - crown reduce by 2m. and shape. T4 Sycamore leaning over neighbour's garden; fell.

1 x Poplar - Fell to ground level Reason: close to existing out buildings & located in position of proposed new garage

Front garden, immediately to right of double garage 1 x Gleditsia triacanthos (Honey locust) - Fell to ground level Reason: The tree has substantial dieback and is located close to pavement and road. The trunk abuts the wall of the of the existing old pre-cast concrete garages and pressure from the trunk is damaging several wall panels and pushing them out of alignment; owner plans to build new garages on the site of the existing garages, which are old and dilapidated.

Crab Apple between garage and porch, causing heavy overshadowing: Crown reduction by 1.2-1.5m. and to be repeated every 4 yours years or so as required.
