Conifer tree between kitchen window (10 m.) and the village green (6 m.) - reduce the height from current height of 20m. to 8m.

All trees in rear garden: Tree 1 Arbutus 20% crown prune to remove congested trunks; Tree 2 Yew Lop lower branches to clear window; Tree 3 Holly lop lower straggling branches to improve shape; Tree 4 Bay reduce height by 1 metre; Tree 5 reduce height to below eaves of adjacent building.

Conifer Tree 1 and Conifer Tree 2 on the sketch map. Both trees were pruned back on instruction of Highway Authority with consent acquired from you for this in April 2019. Trimming was to prune back branches overhanging the house garden wall as they were obstructing visibility on the highway. Two years on, both Tree1 and Tree 2 require routine trimming to: - trim back so they do not overhang on to road and Saddlemaker Lane and obstruct visibility; - trim back tops to prevent trees growing into the overhead power cables running across the front of the property from Pole 1 on the Sketch Map; - trim back branches growing close to front of the house that are now ca. 1 metre from front wall of house and causing loss of light in house due to excessive shading on the windows left of front door (Specifically this is caused by Tree 1). The works would simply be routine trimming / clipping.

T1 Holly - reduce canopy to reduce shading of stained glass window. T2 Holly - fell; advanced main stem decay, heavy shading of windows, heavy overhang of neighbouring property. T3 Holly - fell; heavy shading of windows.

Front garden 1 x Holm Oak - Pollard to first major unions approx. 4.5m tree has been pollarded before and regrowth left to mature there are a couple of Ganoderma fungus on trunk (see tree survey for more detail) 1 x Paper Bark Birch - Reduce branches blocking light to neighbours window by approx. 1.5m
