Discharge of Condition Nos. 3 and 5 of DC/22/4010/LBC - Extension to existing outbuilding to provide home office/studio - external cladding material, aluminium window details, timber window details submitted

Discharge of Condition No. 4 of DC/21/3074/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Change of use from Commercial Offices to retail and residential with new timber framed single storey extension to replace existing rear extension - 1. Details of all external materials including timber cladding, roof finishes, render (including colour); 2. Typical horizontal and vertical sections through shopfront, doors and windows (including large scale joinery details for frames, cills, opening lights, glazing bars) along with method of opening, position within wall opening, colour, finish and ironmongery. 3. Details of rooflights and sliding doors; 4. Full schedule of repairs; 5. Details of rainwater pipes, gutters, SVPs, external flues, vents and grilles (including location, colour and finish); 6. Details of all external works, boundary fencing and gate.

Discharge of Condition 4 of DC/17/5039/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Conversion of existing single storey outbuilding into an annexe, replacement windows and doors, conversion of existing two storey outbuilding into a gym and an office, including alterations to existing listed building.

Additional Environmental Approval of DC/17/0430/FUL - (Construction of a first floor extension to the front of the care home. A new lift shaft is also proposed at the back of the care home. The second floor is to be changed from offices to bedrooms whilst the ground floor will have part of its layout changed to make use of space better. Two chimneys are proposed to be demolished as well as some internal walls to create the lift shaft as well as change the floors layouts. Part of the existing roof will be demolished for the new roof of the first floor extension. The two dormer windows will also be demolished with two new ones in their place.) - extension of permission expiry period to 1 May 2021.

Discharge of Condition Nos. 6 and 7 of DC/19/3035/FUL - External alterations to form 1 no. new door and 1 no. new window to street elevation, and internal alterations to form new office in former meeting room. Internal partitions to form new W.C, and new external openings to form studios and subdivide spaces for fire regulations. Demolition of garage and replacement with new studio building.
