Prior Notification (Householder) - Rear extension

Prior Notification - (Change of Use of AgriculturalBuildings to Dwellinghouses (Use Class C3), and for building operations reasonably necessary forthe conversion) - The renovation of the existing piggery and stables wing into a dwelling.

Prior Notification - Part conversion of rear section of ground floor to create a self contained 1 bedroom flat.

Prior Notification (Agricultural) - A balanced cut and fill earth moving operation to create an irrigation reservoir. No material will be brought onto of removed from site. Natural clay is not available locally, a High Density Poly Ethylene membrane will provide the waterproof membrane. The works will fall within the ambit of the Reservoirs Act safety legislation. At no point will the height of the embankments exceed 3m above the adjacent perimeter road and runway of Bentwaters air base The embankments are constructed from sand and will be planted with grass. The runway level is +25.0m O.D. the reservoir crest level is +26.9m O.D.

Telecommunications - Upgraded antennas and transmission dishes to be installed on upgraded support poles

Prior Notification (Agricultural) - A new general purpose agricultural building for storage of farm machinery

Prior Notification (Agricultural) - Erection of Agricultural Storage building

Prior Notification (Householder) - Cavity wall construction, concrete pantile roof single storey extension.

Prior Notification (Householder) - Single storey rear extension, to create a large open floor kitchen, living and dining room.

Prior Notification (Householder) - The extension will be flat roof. The existing conservatory will be removed which is 3 x 3m. The new extension will be 6m depth 2.4 high. I have attached drawings and photos. All new building will be the same materials as bungalow.
